TURBOMACHINERY CHALLENGES

Turbomachinery Measurements Are Costly

20-50% of development cost tied to validation

Missing data leads to slower design iterations

Limited access can cause measurement blind spots

Testing and validation represent a massive portion of R&D budgets

Incomplete measurements force component designers to make performance tradeoffs with incomplete data

Limited measurement capability slows iteration cycles and delays product launches

ABOUT OUR TECHNOLOGY

Introducing Passive RF Sensing

Technology Commercialization

What We Do

Vision AI Vibration Monitoring

Sensatek uses computer vision and AI to monitor structural health, detect faults early, and improve asset reliability—without physical sensors.
Technology Commercialization

Non-Contact Monitoring:

Analyze vibrations and structural behavior using video alone.

Technology Commercialization

Real-Time Insights:

Detect anomalies before they lead to costly failures.

Technology Commercialization

Cross-Industry Use:

Scalable solutions for energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, and more.

Technology Commercialization

STEP-BY-STEP APPROACH

Our Process

1
Install Sensor

Mount passive RF sensor directly on rotating component. No complex wiring or batteries required for installation.

2
Interrogate Wirelessly

RF reader queries sensor remotely without physical connection, enabling measurements during operation.

3
Capture Real-Time Data

Stream strain and temperature measurements instantly for validation and root-cause analysis.

4
Analyze & Optimize

Use collected data to validate designs, reduce development time, and optimize performance.
